Before running the installation (.exe) files, please READ THE USER MANUAL of the related product. Each one of them has detailed INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS. If afterwards things still do not work as intended or promissed, please contact our support, again per support email listed in the ‘order completed’ message As long as we will be able to manage, we will practice problem solving on individual basis per email.
