We wanted to let you know that Slovenia X Photoreal has been released and is now available in our store. You can think of it as Slovenia V2.0, or Slovenia X on steroids, with a complete LOD15 photoreal coverage. Incredible amount of data has been again processed, transformed, retouched and adapted for sim use. Adding water blends – for the rivers, lakes and ponds to behave and reflect like water – over 20.000 square km of scenery is no small feat alone. It comes with all the goodies from Slovenia X and Slovenia X airports. Some of the elements and autogen have been completely regenerated and repositioned. The size is considerable – 42 GB – and it will affect the download times significantly as well as the hard disk used for installation of the scenery. There is no easy way around it and it will require some patience. The performance of Slovenia X Photoreal, however, is on par with Slovenia X, even slightly better. Prepar3D v4 is especially suited for large sceneries, while FSX will need more time to load the sceneries and keep the photoreal underlay sharp. In the product description we have gone into much detail about the features, whom it is intended for and why we still recommend it during the wait for FS2020.
Existing users of Slovenia X are eligible to 30% discount when buying Slovenia X Photoreal. Existing users of Slovenia X + Airports bundle are eligible to 40% discount. You can request a discount coupon per our support email.
With the new Slovenia X Photoreal being now available, we discounted our previous landclass based Slovenia X and Slovenia X + Airports bundle. They are by no means less worthy of your considerations if you are primarily a jetliner pilot (high and fast).
Our freeware Triglav – Kredarica mountain hut complex has been updated, where version 1.1 is specifically atuned to new Slovenia X Photoreal, while version 1.0 is still intended for the use with Slovenia X.
